Hybrid_03_ We produce integrated microwave circuits and modules in thin film technology. With our expertise in ceramic substrates and our precision and quality standards we are in a position to support new customer requirements into the future.

In addition to producing thin film circuits to customer specifications, we also advise our customers on new solutions and technologies based on our portfolio of circuit designs.

From quick evaluation samples to efficient series production, our thin film portfolio contains a wide choice of high-quality dielectric substrates, including Al2O3, AlN, CaMgTiO3 and also ferrites.

We produce gold and copper conductor structure and offer front and back process. In addition, resistance layers with different surface resistivity can be included.

Our thin film production employs dielectric polyimide structures as line crossings, capacitors or as carriers for a second conductor area.

Mechanical operations on the substrates are performed by laser. This innovative process enables a variety of substrate contours, windows and cavities.

Our thin film technology uses metallic interfacial via connections (filled and unfilled) and includes soldering stop layers.

Due to our highly-modern production process, we can coat thin volume ceramics in nearly any shape.
