For many years, Aliaxis and FRIATEC AG has been providing solutions that meet the highest requirements in the laboratory. As a product highlight at this year’s ACHEMA, Together with FRIATEC, Aliaxis will present laboratory benchtops made of Technical Ceramics with integrated warm-keeping function. The surface is designed for continuous temperature settings in the range of 0 to 100°C, thus making the installation of another appliance on the work surface unnecessary. Technical Ceramics is a 100% natural material and is both thermally and chemically durable, scratch-resistant and easy to maintain. The shape and glaze color of worktops made of FRIDURIT Technical Ceramics are manufactured to meet individual requirements. The warm-keeping area can be defined with a groove to collect escaping liquids or to make an optical border to separate the heated from the non-heated work surface.
This year FRIATEC celebrates its 30-year anniversary in the field of decentralized exhaust air cleaning. The first fume scrubber was presented at the ACHEMA in 1988. Since then, this highly efficient functional principle has been continually developed to allow minimum air resistance and maximum absorption efficiencies up to 97%. The portfolio comprises built-in units as well as fume scrubbers using extraction designed for flexible use in the laboratory.
The FRIDURIT C100 Neutralization unit that has proved efficient for many years will have a new design. The integrated control unit has been completely reworked and equipped with new functions such as an USB interface and data logger. The device stores data permanently and data can be read out at any time. Thus, the complete documentation with regard to compliance with permissible limits can be provided quickly for authorities.
We look forward to welcoming you in Hall 4.1, at FRIATEC’s Stand A77!
